ANNOUNCEMENTS

Office will be closed on Monday, 28th for Memorial Day.

Nominating Cards have been placed in the pew racks on which church members may write the names they wish the Nominating Committee to consider for the next class of elders. Cards may be placed in the offering plates or brought to the office. Suggestions from the congregation are encouraged and greatly appreciated.

What part of church life means the most to you? Is there a ministry or program that has made a difference in your life, or a family member’s life? A planned gift to the church can keep that vital aspect of our community growing so it can bless others in the future. Check out the new planned giving webpages by clicking on the tab “GIVE” and select “Planned Giving”. There you can learn of the many planned gift options that are available.

The donations board for VBS materials and scholarships is now in the narthex. Donations of any denomination can be turned in to the church office. The children and volunteers of VBS thank you!”

Please bring your contributions for Loaves and Fishes. We will collect food items the second Sunday of every month. Items can be placed in the Narthex of the Sanctuary.

Congratulations in Christ to church member John Nowaczewski who has graduated from Union Presbyterian Seminary Charlotte, passed his ordination exams, and received a call to be pastor of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church (2201 Springdale Ave, Charlotte, NC 28203). All are invited to attend to support John in his call to become a Minister of Word and Sacrament.
