Generous giving is what enables Sharon Presbyterian Church to plan for and achieve its mission to: 
INVITE all seekers, TEACH the gospel, and SERVE human need

Your financial gifts enable the church to plan for and support its operating budget which consists of paying for utilities and supplies to support Sunday worship, paying the staff and clergy, engaging in overseas missions, providing community outreach and care, and providing programs and education for children, youth, and adults.

Operating Budget
  • Annual Pledge/Annual Giving - Annual pledges enable the church to carry out God's work. 100% of the pledges fund the church's operating budget. Click here to complete a pledge card.
  • Online Gift Giving - A one-time or periodic giving. Click here to give online.
  • Send a check - Make a check payable to Sharon Presbyterian Church. Mail to:  Sharon Presbyterian Church, 5201 Sharon Road, Charlotte, NC  28210. In the “FOR” field please indicate how you would like your gift allocated (e.g. operating budget, special offering such as One Great Hour of Sharing,  Community outreach such as homeless shelter, etc.)

The word “tithe” literally means tenth or 10%. Tithing isn’t merely giving something to God. It is a reminder that God is the supplier of everything. It teaches us to always put God first.
